    • YOURSAY 'Commies joining DAP is supposed to scare the Malays. JI members joining PAS is supposed to scare the Chinese.'

Police: JI and communists infiltrating opposition

your sayOdin: Special Branch (SB) officer Mohd Sofian Md Makinuddin, the people you addressed may be ignorant, but there are those out there who know a thing or two and can apply their logic.

First, SB does not talk about its ongoing investigations. Second, if you have identified the JI (Jemaah Islamiah) and the communists elements as well as the PSM and PKR leaders whom you have claimed to visit Thailand to rendezvous with CPM (Communist Party of Malaya) regularly, you would have sent your limousines to fetch and take them to that famous five-star hotel in Kamunting, where they are to stay FOC (free of charge) for an indefinite period.

Third, I am not acquainted with anyone in the opposition coalition nor in any NGO, but I don't need them to tell me that the BN government is just simply disgusting.

I don't need them to tell me to hate the government. I have been and still am experiencing some of the effects of its malpractices and often see the results of same. And I've got it well above my nose. I hate with all my soul the BN - all in it - and all it stands for.

Paul Warren: Commies joining DAP is supposed to scare the Malays. JI members joining PAS is supposed to scare the Chinese.

Now Chinese and Malays will give their vote to BN. I wonder whose brilliant idea this was. That person has to be awarded the Tunship.

Hello: I wonder if this is a build-up to another Operasi Lalang? Or perish the thought, another National Operations Council?

Chuath: Special Branch investigations "have concluded", "believed", "concerned over the actions of" do not seem to have substantiated proof of whatever they are trying to say about PAS and DAP.

By the way, many "have concluded", "believed" and "are concerned over" news of Altantuya Shaariibuu's murder and the submarine commissions related to ‘you know who'. Yet if they go around talking like Mohd Sofian, they would be arrested.

Clever Voter: Umno and their crooked friends will continue to use all the tricks in the book to lie and trick the public into believing that they are their ones to lead them into a glorious and prosperous future.

The reality is these thieves and liars are scared shit that their days are numbered and their crimes exposed.

Anonymous_5fb: These guys are tasked with creating something imaginary and then convert them into something ‘real' for their political masters in Umno.

It's the same thing like what Utusan Malaysia had confessed - spinning and lying to attack the opposition are okay.

Umno and its goons in BN have tried all their dirty tactics to win back the rakyat, especially the Chinese, but failed. This ‘imagineering' is the last resort before the 13th GE.

Bystander: Trying to spin blame onto loyal and peace-loving Malaysians as communists and extremists and so conveniently placed it in the order of DAP and PAS respectively.

So Suaram's Cynthia Gabriel and Lawyers for Liberty's Fadiah Nadwa Fikri, being Malaysians working relentlessly for human rights, are also communists because they have to conduct press conference with French lawyer Joseph Breham over the Scorpene submarines in Thailand because he was barred to enter Malaysia?

I and many of my friends also go to southern Thailand, does that make us potential communists too even if we are playing golf in Southern Hills and having a good time in Danok?

Joker: No wonder our crime rate is up. Money that should have been spent on our boys in blue ended up in the hands on Cold War-era spy wannabes like this Special Branch director Mohd Sofian.

If all that funding and manpower were spent in order to come up with such a ridiculous conclusion, I pity those retired real ex-Special Branch officers who risked life and limb infiltrating CPM during the emergency.

Those real-life heroes must be so disappointed that their successors are so incompetent that instead of them infiltrating the communist parties, it is now allegedly the nation being infiltrated by the communists instead.

Tel: First, they said Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim is an American agent, then they said Singapore is using DAP to infiltrate Malaysia. After that, they said Bersih co-chairperson S Amiga is taking over Pakatan Rakyat, followed by DAP going to turn Malaysia into a republic.

Now they are saying terrorists are planning to become PM. The worse is about the communists planning to infiltrate our country.

Anonymous #18452573: While the police are trying to arrest the two or three imaginary JI and commies who are trying to infiltrate the opposition, don't forget to arrest the two or three hundred crooks and thieves that have infiltrated BN.

Starr: Are Umno's strategists spinning stories and planning mass arrests of these imaginary enemies of the state ahead of the election in order to ensure Umno-BN is returned to power?

Since when are SB's assessments remotely accurate? They should spend more time and efforts to reduce the crime rates in major cities and towns, than advancing such ludicrous political plots.

Het: My goodness. We are all surrounded! There are Jews, communists, sodomites, and now JI. What next? Taliban? Aliens from outer space infiltrating the opposition?

Ren Ai: As it is now, the commies are a better bet than the current government for basic governance and national security.

But I have been so ingrained against the commies by the likes of the BN government that I prefer Pakatan to rule, even with the ghostly commies and Jihadists within them.

Dood: So far I've only seen one side being violent and thuggish, which to me seems more ‘terrorist' than anything else that's been happening. And let me tell you, it isn't the opposition.

Lim Chong Leong: Hindraf was also linked to Sri Lankan Tamil Tigers at one time, which was later found to be untrue.

Umno sees ghosts around every corner but in fact it is their own shadow. The president of Umno is afraid of his deputy. They are both afraid of a predecessor and his third son. That son is afraid of someone else's son-in-law. Brutus everywhere!

Special Branch, don't insult our intelligence
